A short drive and well worth it. This neighborhood is known for its over-the-top holiday light displays that kids and adults both enjoy. It’s festive, cheerful, and a great way to get into the holiday spirit.

Located at Love Park and City Hall, the Christmas Village is open daily and features vendors, food, gifts, and seasonal treats. It’s an easy afternoon or evening outing and a fun way to enjoy the city during the holidays.

A few small steps can make a big difference during the colder months and busy holiday gatherings:
- Change your HVAC filter before guests arrive to keep the air fresh and your system running efficiently.
- Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms, especially if you plan to use fireplaces or host larger gatherings.
- If you’re traveling, set interior lights on timers and pause package deliveries to help keep your home secure.
- Cold weather reminder: disconnect hoses and shut off exterior water lines if you haven’t already.
